Special Events at The Grill
THE GRILL is a historically-based American chophouse set in mid-century New York. It takes inspiration from the classic midtown restaurants that were at the forefront of New York dining when the Seagram Building was built in 1958, and is the precursor to the New York Steakhouse, where food and service were still intricate and elegant.
The Spaces
THE GRILL can host private events in The Salon for up to 15 guests seated or 20 guests standing. The Gallery is available for groups of up to 22 guests seated. For larger-scale events, THE GRILL can also be booked in conjunction with THE POOL for up to 300 guests seated or 650 guests standing. The Pool Lounge is available for up to 60 guests seated or 120 guests standing.
